FREE SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIAN & NEW ZEALAND RESIDENTS + FREE SHIPPING ON SELECTED ITEMS TO USA, CAN, & EUR.

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. Items take between 2 to 7 business days to process (that is to be made and printed) + delivery time. Items will be sent as quickly as possible. *All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays

In addition to ALL items having FREE shipping to Australia and New-Zealand, certain items on the Cinched Wear site are applicable for FREE shipping to the USA, CAN or EUR too. To find out if the item qualifies, it will state so on the individual listing. 

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES

Cinched Wear are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

A tracking number is not available until the item has been posted, so if your item is taking up to 7 days for fulfillment from Cinched Wear, you will not see any tracking until the item departs our facilities. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
