Returning and Exchanging

We would like to assure you that you can purchase from Cinched Wear with confidence. If an issue arises, Cinched Wear provides a great exchange system to get the right item/s to you, so in any event please don't hesitate to contact Cinched Wear with any arising concerns.

If you have just placed your order and realise you have made a mistake with your address or sizing, please contact us ASAP so we can try to help you correct it; please note, most orders are made to order so once our printer has printed them, or posted them, we will be unable to make changes.

The best way to ensure your order flows smoothly and without stress is to verify your information is correct before completing your order. We are happy to answer any of your questions before you place your order so you can feel confident you are ordering the right thing, for instance, if there is something you wish to confirm about sizing before proceeding.  

 

Refunds

Cinched Wear has a quality control team who inspect and package every item before sending, but Cinched Wear also understands things can sometimes be missed, or damage can occur whilst in transit, we are all only human!

Cinched Wear's refund policy is strict due to the nature of the products being items that are worn on the body which often have close skin contact. For this reason, items are not eligible for a refund, unless:

  • the product ordered has arrived defective or damaged during shipping, or if 
  • Cinched Wear has sent the wrong item to you, or if
  • Cinched Wear has sent you the wrong size.

If any of these issues have occurred, contact Cinched Wear and we will organise a replacement to be sent to you, or organise a refund for you; whichever you choose. 

 In order to be eligible for a refund for your item, you will have to send Cinched Wear a picture showing the reason why you'd like to return the item. You must contact Cinched Wear within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish to qualify for a refund. 

If you have bought a shirt and believe something is wrong with it, we request a photo of the shirts tag, followed by a photo of the full shirt in the screen. This helps our printer out when trying to reprint the correct item for you. 

Cinched Wear only replaces your item if you have received the item defective or damaged in the packaging, before the item has been worn.  

 

Cinched Wear does not and can not issue refunds if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • the size you chose to order does not fit you (we DO however offer an exchange), or you
  • change your mind. 

 

 Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

For all returns and exchanges, the customer will be responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange being completed.

Cinched Wear recommends you purchase shipping that has tracking or insurance, as Cinched Wear is not responsible for the package if it gets lost on return, and does not arrive at Cinched Wear. 

Any item that clearly shows signs of wear will not be eligible for an exchange. This includes any markings or stretching on the item. The item must be in its original condition.

Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you need to exchange for a different size this can be done with all shipping costs covered by you, the buyer. Please select your size wisely before purchasing and use the sizing charts listed. Refunds are not available for incorrect sizing or change of mind - If you choose not to have the correct size resent to you, you will be offered store credit, less shipping from original purchase. Exchanges are welcome, as long as your item is still in its original condition. Any item that clearly shows signs of wear will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

 *If you are exchanging your item due to incorrect sizing we must receive your item in the same pristine condition it was sent to you. The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. Furthermore, your exchange will ONLY be accepted if your item is:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Unwashed
  • No animal or pet hair
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items 
  • No deodorant stains
  • No broken hooks
  • All tags attached
  • All original marketing materials included 
  • No smells other than natural product odours
  • Original packaging should be intact, NOT damaged, and
  • Returned within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days)

Cinched Wear inspects EVERY product returned to us for incorrect sizing to ensure it is in perfect condition. 

To complete your return for an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Usually, your order number is sufficient.

Once you have sent the product back in its original condition allow us up to 5 business days to process your return, once the product has reached our facility. We will then organise for a replacement item to be sent to you.

Finally, there is no warranty on any of our products. How long our items last, including shirts, hoodies, & waist trainers will last differs from person to person, and depends greatly on usage and care. We do our best to provide a quality product that is durable upfront though.
